Over the next few months you are going to be learning a skill that requires both physical and mental abilities. You will need to learn what the notes on the page mean and then you need to translate those notes into physical movements with your hands.

At is hard to believe that the new year is already here. Even harder to believe is the fact that we are just five practices away from the start of our performance season.
There is much to be done over the next couple months. Andrea has been collecting material to begin to make uniforms. We hope to have everyone in britches, shirts, waistcoats, caps and neckstocks by early spring. Regimental coats, swords, haversacks and canteens are to follow.
By early spring we hope to have a small repetoire of music. This is where you come in. The only way to achieve this goal is to ensure that everyone practices regularly on their own time. Trust us, the hard work will be worth it.
